Return Policy 

We only offer refunds if the products you receive are significantly different than described on our website and we are notified in writing by you within 7 days of delivery of the products. If you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery of the products, then we cannot provide any refund. You can notify us via email at refunds@velvethollow.com within 7 days of delivery of the products and we will review your refund request. Other than as described in this paragraph, there are no refunds.

Delivered items:
If there is no one present to sign for your package upon delivery, it will still be left at your house or in your mailbox. Velvet Hollow is not responsible for packages once they are delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure proper acceptance of the package upon delivery.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sales are final for sale items and cannot be refunded.

If a refund is approved by someone on our staff, you must first return the products to us in brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of our approval. No questions asked! If you cannot meet these conditions then we cannot offer a refund. Return instructions will be provided by someone on our staff if your refund is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your products.

Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance when returning your products to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned products.

If your refund was approved by us and processed, and you have not received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@velvethollow.com.
