Do you offer world-wide shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE world-wide shipping on many of our products!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Velvet Hollow partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We offer free international shipping as well - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?

Most likely not. Each of our products are located in our different warehouses or in our partner warehouses and due to high demand with some products, it can take longer to process after your order is placed. Because of this, we ship out each product as soon as it is complete rather than waiting for the other product(s) in the order to be ready. This saves a lot of space in our warehouse by not having packages everywhere waiting to be shipped and ensures the quickest delivery times possible for each product.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Of course! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched. If you do not get any emails, please double check you entered the correct email address!

How can I pay?

We accept most major credits and PayPal.

Can I have tracking on my delivery?

Yes, we provide tracking information after your item has shipped.

What should I do if I receive damaged goods?

If a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 2 days from receiving it to resolve the problem. Please do not return damaged products without an approval from our staff.
